Gary has over 30 years of experience successfully providing organizations with IT related Program Management, Records Management, IT Security Policy, Certification and Accreditation, Capital Planning Exhibit 300 preparation, Enterprise Life Cycle Management, Financial Management and Contract Management. Gary has experience working in the federal government both as an employee with the Library of Congress and as a contractor supporting the Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, Internal Revenue Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Defense and National Institutes of Health. This experience includes managing data centers, project management offices, security certification and accreditation, CPIC services and financial management. Gary’s formal training includes Business Administration coursework at Old Dominion University, Programming coursework at Virginia Computer College, and Program Management Certificates from George Washington University.
