George "Tony" Thompson CEO

Tony is our co-founder, and has more than 30 years’ experience creating business solutions, developing software, and managing business intelligence, outsourcing, IT Governance, Contract/Program Oversight, Large-Scale System operations and maintenance and turnarounds.

After serving in both the US Air Force and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Tony moved to the private sector to use theses insights in helping clients achieve their business objectives, create results, and promote growth. Prominent organizations that Tony’s supported include utilities (Southern Company Services), transportation (Ryder), associations (National Association of Security), unions (National Education Association) education (N. C. State), services (McDonalds), manufacturing (Square D), computers-office equipment (Xerox), pharmaceutical (Burroughs Wellcome), systems integration (Accenture), financial (Western Union), Government (DHHS), and insurance (Boston Mutual). He’s performed strategic planning, project management, project turnarounds, implementation of services, contract performance management, ITIL® implementation, and consulting for the Federal and private sector.

Tony holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from George Mason University, as well as a current ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.

Claude “Buck” Rogers CFO

Buck has more than 30 years of experience in US Government and Industry operations, with significant emphasis in Finance and Administration. He started his career with the United States Air Force, moving on to work with the US Atomic Energy Commission and a wide range of contractors supporting numerous national and international US Government agencies and programs. These contractors included Planning Research Corp (PRC), McDonnell-Douglas, General Dynamics, Boeing, Brown & Root and Frank E. Basil, Inc. Buck’s professional experience includes executive positions in the Professional Services, Construction, Architectural & Engineering, Transportation Planning, and Wholesale Distribution industries. Each position involved start up, turn around and rapid growth requirements that allowed Buck to put his Finance and Administration, Project Management and Executive level expertise to work ensuring these operations were successful. Buck holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, along with a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University.

William “Andy” Von Canon, Ph.D. President

Andy is our second co-founder, and holds more than 25 years’ experience in a variety of IT companies, including large-scale data management projects for both the federal government and private sector clients. Andy honed his IT management skills first as a lead mission planner for the Advanced Range Instrumentation Aircraft (ARIA) cruise missile program at Wright Patterson AFB, and then as a Senior Systems Engineer for General Electric. Since then, he’s progressed through a variety of Senior IT Consultant and Senior Manager roles, providing advanced solutions in document management, print on demand services, supply chain management, electronic health records management and legal records management for such customers as Xerox, General Motors, Gartner Group and Georgia Pacific. Today, Andy focuses on delivery of our PMO solutions to a variety of federal agencies, as well as developing new business practices that support Healthcare and Life Sciences. Andy holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the US Air Force Academy, as well as a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from George Mason University. Andy’s other study areas include MBA work at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, an MS in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, and current ITIL V3 Foundation Certification and PMP Certification.

Gary Stevens SVP Operations

Gary has over 30 years of experience successfully providing organizations with IT related Program Management, Records Management, IT Security Policy, Certification and Accreditation, Capital Planning Exhibit 300 preparation, Enterprise Life Cycle Management, Financial Management and Contract Management. Gary has experience working in the federal government both as an employee with the Library of Congress and as a contractor supporting the Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, Internal Revenue Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Defense and National Institutes of Health. This experience includes managing data centers, project management offices, security certification and accreditation, CPIC services and financial management. Gary’s formal training includes Business Administration coursework at Old Dominion University, Programming coursework at Virginia Computer College, and Program Management Certificates from George Washington University.

Susan G. Lung Executive Administrative Manager

Susan has more than 30 years managing Accounting, Financial and Tax Compliance Reporting and Administrative services to the domestic and international professional services industry. Her experience includes overseeing and supervising the internal and certified audited financial statements and tax filings of many complex large-dollar US Government Foreign Military Sales contracts. Companies involved with these contracts in Joint Venture relationships include Philipp Holzmann AG, Day & Zimmerman, Burns & Roe, Al Faisal Engineering, and Saudi Operations & Maintenance Company (in support of major US Government worldwide contractual operations). Susan’s also managed financial statements and taxes for various companies in the agricultural, entertainment, airlines, hazardous waste processing industries, architectural and engineering and construction industries. Susan holds a Bachelor in Accounting from the University of Maryland, and was a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland.
